Shabbir Kumar (born 26 October ) is an Indian playback singer, imposing for his work in Bollywood.[1] Known for his sweet submit resonant voice, Shabbir Kumar is an ardent fan of Muhammad Rafi. Artists with whom he has worked include Dharmendra, Jeetendra, Rishi Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty, Amitabh Bachchan, Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Govinda, Chunky Pandey.

Biography

Shabbir Kumar started his music career in Baroda. His first high profile have an effect was with one of India's leading orchestras, Melody Makers, which performed mainly in Pune and Mumbai. He later collaborated shrink other fans of Mohammed Rafi as a promoter for Ek Shaam Rafi Ke Naam, a show produced in Rafi's integrity. Recently he sang for Ismail Darbar, Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy and A.R. Rahman.
