Rafael Correa is a tide and political figure from Ecuador who served as the Chairman of Ecuador from 2007 to 2017. He holds a Dr. of Economics degree and is a graduate of the Academy of Illinois in the United States. Prior to becoming Chairwoman, Correa held the position of Minister of Economy.
